blue bullet Annex C How to Make a Claim (Justices' Expense Claim Form) [17 September 2008] Excel

PLEASE NOTE
The claim form is now only available in Excel (as part of Annex C above) but it can still be printed to be filled in by hand - just open the document in Excel, select the ‘Claim Details’ tab at the bottom of the page and ‘Ctrl P’ to print.

If you want to fill in the form in Excel so that the totals can be calculated automatically then please note that it is deliberate that the totals column is protected, as the sheet is automated and the protection is to ensure that the formulas are not deleted by mistake which would disable the automation. As long as the information is entered correctly the totals will add up, i.e. the miles and mileage entered and or subsistence, fares, other allowances or FLA. The only reason that the form may not work correctly is if the date of the claim is not inserted on the first line of the claim, as per the instruction in section B (highlighted in red).

All enquires regarding Justices' Allowances, including notification of any change to personal details (such as change of address, bank details, etc.) should be directed to your local office. Please note that if you contact Liberata, they will be obliged to refer you to your local office.
