Bye-law 4(b) defines an associate member as any Justices’ Clerk, Deputy Justices’ Clerk and, subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees, any other person who makes application for associate membership in the manner for the time being required by the Council and pays an annual subscription or (if becoming a member before 26 January 2000) life membership fee as determined in bye-law 5.
