The Membership Department can supply membership details for each branch on computer disk or by email.
The formats which can be catered for are:

XLS Microsoft Excel
The branch will have to mail all members at least once each year, since all members must be informed of the annual general meeting of the branch.
The Association will provide, free of charge, up to three sets of address labels and/or listings each year to the branch. These are supplied on request to the Membership Department.
