We have introduced an improved level of password security to the Members' Area. Please note the following new features:

• To enter the Members' Area you will be required to enter your Username and Password. Your Username is your membership number and your Password is your family name.
• Your membership number consists of the 9-digit number only. Please do not enter the MA prefix, and don't enter any spaces.
• Please enter your name in lowercase characters only - e.g. smith, not Smith or SMITH. Include any spaces or hyphens.
• Under certain circumstances, some versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer may issue a warning regarding the security of the password request. You can safely disregard this.
