This role gives the successful applicant an opportunity to help shape the training and development of magistrates, working alongside our experienced and knowledgeable members and volunteers. In any day, you might be involved in: Working with our expert Training, Learning and Development Committee to develop learning and development materials for our members Coordinating our planned new Learning and Development Hub, a learning management system (LMS) which will host all our learning and development materials on our website from early next year Supporting our branches in the delivery of their learning and development programmes for their members Working in partnership with government bodies to comment on training proposals for magistrates. It’s a very varied role, and as mentioned above, you’ll be joining us just as we begin the implementation of our LMS – our Learning and Development Hub. This is a major new investment for the Association, agreed by our Board of Trustees, as we seek to better present and curate our learning and development materials for our members. You’ll be taking a lead part in designing and implementing this exciting new member benefit.
