Time to Talk Day

Time to Talk Day happens on 7 February 2019 across the UK and gives people an opportunity to talk about mental health. One in four of us will be affected by mental health in our lives, yet people are still afraid to talk about it. This year's Time to Talk Day is themed around 'bringing together the right ingredients to have a conversation about mental health'.

By doing something as simple as taking 10 minutes to chat over a cup of tea at work, at home, or with friends, you can help to end mental health discrimination and stigma. The Time to Change website has lots of free printable resources and guides to use in different contexts so you can get involved. You can also find out more information about how to support someoneif you think they are struggling, learn more about different mental health problems or test out how much you know about mental health by trying out the mental health quiz.

Time To Talk Day is run by Time to Change, a social movement working to change the way we all think and act about mental health problems. For more information see English / Welsh.
