As a Magistrates’ Association member, this event gives you the opportunity to play an active role in shaping our policy work on family justice.
You’ll hear from the policy team about the issues we’re currently working on and how we’re representing the views of family magistrates. Following the update, you’ll join a breakout discussion chaired by the Family Court Committee Chair, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences, raise the issues that matter to you, and discuss where you believe the Association should focus its future work.
Our policy is strongest when it is informed by the experiences of those sitting in court. Your views will help shape our priorities, strengthen our evidence, and ensure we continue to represent family magistrates effectively.
