This consultation sought views on a new Authorised Professional Practice (APP) framework for stalking or harassment - an issue of considerable interest to our members. Our response focuses mainly on Stalking Protection Orders (SPOs), but we recognise that there will be cases involving stalking or harassment where a Domestic Abuse Protection Order (DAPO) may be the more appropriate protective measure.
