Criminal - Adult

 

All adult criminal cases start in a magistrates’ court. Over 90% will be completed there.

Criminal -Youth

Youth courts deal with young people aged 10 to 17.

Family

The Family Court is within the civil jurisdiction and deals with private and public law cases relating to children and family.
